It's Green to me!

Eating Green vegtables has always been a bit of a challenge for me.  I love green leafy raw lettuce salads.  It's the cooked veges that I have trouble with, brocoli, green beans, asparagas, you know the kind.  decided to give it my all out best effort to try some green vege recipes this year.  And to my surprise I found  a wonderful, recipe for Roasted Califlower. No I'm not color blind,  I know it's not Green, but I thought I could try this because it is definitedly a vege with a GREEN stem, it has vitamins B, C, & K,  loaded with potassium and fiber, and  enzymes that  fight cancer.
The recipe is so easy!.... All you do is... wash up your cauliflower...

Remove the stem...

Cauliflower is very crumbly, but here we want it sliced...

Next drizzle a couple tablespoons of olive oil  on a cookie sheet and sprinkle the cauliflower on top.

Now chop up one or two cloves of garlic and add to the cauliflower.
Sprinkle with salt and another drizzle off olive oil and mix it all up using your hands.
Bake for 25-30 min. at 375* and your will be amazed at how delicious and crunchy it comes out.
Like Chips! Sprinkle on a little Parmeasan Cheese and serve.

Well it's green to me,  very good for you and quite delicious....and a big step in the right direction.  Give it a try I think you'll like this  Green recipe "from the Heart!".
