A few Hints!

Here a few hints when you  are moving furniture.  People often say they can't move things around without the help of a big strong man because furniture is so heavy.  Well if you haven't tried "Super furniture sliders" before... You are in for a surprise!  These little circles changed my life.  Oh I didn't wait for a big strong man, but I did push my self and my back, probably further than I should have. 

All you have to do is lift each corner of the furniture about a 1/2" and slide one of these under  it and  then it will slide very, very easily.  They come in several sizes and also for hard surface floors as well.

No more dragging or really putting your hips into it.. to move things around, these slide so easily.  I discovered these when I owned my shop and had to move furniture all the time.  I'm telling you ...you can move an amoir, a entertainment center, or anything with these wonderful helpers.  You can find them at Walmart. 

And here is another tip that I love.  When you move furniture on carpeting you are usually left with a

an ugly little inprint...

All you have to do is pull out a fork from the silverware drawer and rake it a little...

after a good vacuming and a little foot traffic you'll never know it was there.
